The 2010 Vintage Ale from Coopers has been released. This annual release from Coopers is styled as a English strong Ale and develops well over time. As the brewers say

The beer can certainly be enjoyed now, but with careful cellaring will mature gracefully with age and develop rounded, rich toffee characters.

I love this beer and really enjoy seeing how it changes over time. We still have stocks of the 2008 Vintage Ale and that beer is now amazing. Strong toffee and rich berry flavours dominate the palate. A beer that will reward it's drinker if cellared.
